“Preach the Gospel at all times and when necessary use words.” – St. Francis of Assisi
Welcome to Saint Andrew Catholic School! I am blessed to serve as the principal of this great church and school community. This is my second year as the principal of Saint Andrew and my 22nd year as a minister of education in both the public and Catholic school sectors, where I have had the privilege of serving and forming students, faculty and staff from Texas and New Mexico.
I am excited to meet you and welcome you and your beautiful children to Saint Andrew Catholic School, where we uphold the Catholic school hallmarks of a faith-based education, academic rigor, community service, and partnership with families. You will find that our school’s focus on Catholic identity, spiritual formation, and character development will reinforce the principles and values you teach at home.
Since its founding in 1954, Saint Andrew Catholic School has been rich in tradition. From the Fall Festival to the May Crowning, every tradition at Saint Andrew is celebrated with our families and with the church community, fostering collaboration and respect.
Our welcoming and faith-filled faculty and staff are ready to partner with you in the education and faith formation of our students. We value the support of our Franciscan Friars, parishioners, families, alumni and community in this exciting endeavor.
Thank you for visiting our website. We hope you will consider visiting our campus by scheduling a tour and/or celebrating Mass with us on Wednesday mornings, 8:15 a.m., during the school year. We will be waiting for you with open arms and hoping you will join us in our mission to instill our Catholic faith, nurture a sense of service, and to academically challenge the next generation of leaders in our global society.
God bless you,
Mrs. Olga C. Macias
