This class has been moved to Period 3 in the afternoon.
- Book Report Sandwich is due on January 24
- We will be studying "drama" for the next few weeks. I will present a history of this genre from Greek theater to modern times (movies/TV). They will be expected to take notes for quizzes and tests.
- We worked in groups on stage directions for a scene from The Lady or the Tiger this week.
- Student groups will write a simple one act play in class.
- We will end by role-reading The Monsters are Due on Maple Street by Rod Serling.
Vocabulary quiz over Unit 6 is Wednesday, January 18.
Information and words were handed out today (1-11-12) for the vocabulary stories that are due on Wednesday, February 1. This is a TEST grade and late papers will not be accepted. The words come from Units 4-6.
