Students who purchased/sold $100 worth of Fall Festival Raffle Tickets may wear free choice sneakers tomorrow and next Friday. If you drop your raffle tickets off in the morning or purchase online you may also wear sneakers of your choice tomorrow.

Stop by for an hour or stay for 4! Have lunch, play and spend time with friends and family. FUN FOR ALL AGES.

Things to Do

  • Sign up to volunteer for your hour at the Fall Festival.
  • Donate 2 store bought cakes or send in $20 and we will shop for you.

There will be rooms with just scenes (No scary characters!) for those who want a less scary experience. Just let the person taking your tickets know.

Pre-purchase Fall Festival Booth Tickets and Earn Bonus Tickets!

There is no entry fee to attend Fall Festival, but all game/activity booths and food booths require tickets. The tickets are $1 each and game/activity booths charge 1 to 6 tickets, while food booths charge 2 to 8 tickets. Click HERE for a list of booth/food prices.

Take advantage of special Fall Festival ticket bonuses when you pre-purchase your tickets. Pre-purchased tickets will be available for pickup on Fall Festival Day, Saturday, October 9 at the Ticket Booth "Will Call" windows, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
3 on 3 Basketball
Who's ready for some basketball?!

Calling All 5th - 8th Grade
Girls and Boys

Our tradition of hosting a 3 on 3 basketball tournament at the Fall Festival will continue this year!

Gather your team of 4 and get ready to have some FUN. No basketball experience is needed, it's a fun event to help raise funds for our amazing school.

We will have prizes for best dressed, most spirited, and winners will receive a t-shirt. Come cheer us on at the courts!
  • Divisions: Boys 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and Girls 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th. Team

  • Entry: $80, one check per team made payable: Saint Andrew Catholic School 3on3 and team name in the memo. ATTN: Katie Rangel.

  • Checks are to be dropped off at the front office of the school during school hours prior to tournament.

  • Prizes will be awarded for best dressed, most spirited, and winning teams will receive a t-shirt wearable on spirit days.

Volunteer for the Fall Festival
The SAS Fall Festival would not be possible without our wonderful parents, teachers, and community volunteers. In order to make this year's festival the best, we ask that one member from your family volunteer for ONE (1-hour) shift... however any additional shifts are appreciated!

Please note volunteer opportunities on this signup for Friday evening setup and Saturday afternoon tear down in addition to shifts offered during festival hours.

On the day of Fall Festival, ALL volunteers will check in at the Volunteer Table 10 minutes prior to their selected shift to receive a name tag and confirm booth assignment.

Wildcat Cakeland Comes to the Fall Festival
The annual Fall Festival is almost here, and we could not be more excited to present to you our theme for this year’s cakewalk - Wildcat Cakeland! 

Each family is asked to donate 2 store bought cakes or baked goods OR Donate $20 and we will shop for you!  

Return your donation form or cakes and receive a GIANT SIZE PIXY STICK!

Cake Drop Off 
You can drop off your cakes in the drop off line on Friday, October 8th OR anytime during the day before 3:00 pm at the front office. 
Pep Rally
A pep rally will be held in the gym on Friday, Oct. 8th at 2:15 p.m. in anticipation of the Fall Festival on Saturday, October 9th!  It is also a Spirit Friday so please show your Wildcat pride with a Saint Andrew spirit shirt or your Fall Festival Shirt and socks. Go Wildcats!

Parents are welcome to attend. Please sit upstairs in the gym.

Important Information: We will have an indoor dismissal on Friday, October 8th.

Family goal contest:
All SAS families who reach goal of selling $100 worth of raffle tickets will receive a pair of new style SAS Socks* ($15 value) for EACH SAS STUDENT IN FAMILY. The new SAS Socks may be worn with uniform ANY day (except Mass Dress Days) PLUS students may wear free choice sneakers with uniform on October 1 and 8. *Sock Supplies are limited so please turn in your raffle tickets as soon as possible!
NEW 2021 Homeroom contest
Homerooms with all students selling at least $100 of raffle tickets with their family will win a FREE CHICK-FIL-A LUNCH in the Parish Hall during a regular school lunch and recess (including food, music, and extra fun!) PLUS a SPECIAL LUNCH for the homeroom teacher. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 12th. The lunch will be scheduled after the Fall Festival during the month of October.
Top Seller Contest:  
SAS Families selling the most raffle tickets will win:
1st Place Family – $150 dollars of Fall Festival booth and food tickets
2nd Place Family -- $75 dollars of Fall Festival booth and food tickets
3rd Place Family -- $50 dollars of Fall Festival booth and food tickets

Top Seller Family Contest ends Wednesday October 6, 2021 at 4pm. Winners will be announced at Pep Rally on October 8th at 2:15pm.
Additional raffle tickets can be sent home with your student by calling the school office (817-924-8917).

Raffle tickets can be returned to the homeroom teacher or the school office with cash or check payment, or may be purchased online with credit card or FACTS payment:
